Love this Cookbook! Sep 05, 2010 Get this book and its sister book "SuperQuick" and you may want to stay on Phase 1 for months! Wide variety of very tasty, filling foods that assure you don't miss all the sugar and carbs you thought you had to have. Very easy to prepare, not a lot of oddball ingredients. So easy this full-time worker can do it after a long, hard day! Many of the recipes offer Phase 1/Phase 2 options and suggestions for using leftovers. If you want to start eating healthy, then start here. Even if you don't want to do the South Beach Diet itself, this is a very good cookbook for changing your bad eating habits.
Yummy Healthy Recipes Sep 04, 2010 The way some of these recipe taste, I could not believe they were diet food. I would recommend this book because it has many yummy recipes I have come to love and they are easy to make. Also I liked this book because it just adds to the options and variety of foods I can eat on this diet.
EASY DIETING! Jun 28, 2010 The recipes in this book are less detailed and quicker to prepare than recipes in the first SOUTH BEACH DIET COOKBOOK, but still have marvelous flavor. We do not miss the sugar and the fat!
Great recipes!!! Jun 17, 2010 I have been loving this latest addition to south beach cookbooks. The standout recipes include bulgar eggplant lasagna, ham and peas spaghetti and flourless raspberry chocolate cake. All amazing!!

Nice cook book reciepies but too many for large groups Jun 14, 2010 Many of the reciepies are very fast. I had to put the pasta on before the Scampi it was so quick. I really like this cookbook! After purchasing the first cookbook and preparing consistently delicious meals from it, I had to have this one! Like most of us, I am extremely busy with three boys under 5 and a husband who works all the time. These dishes are quick and delicious and healthy - the Shrimp Scampi is DIVINE and took me 10 minutes to prepare Chicken. I only wish that that more of the reciepies were for smaller groups of people as it is a pain to have to recalculate everything. I finally started writing it right in the book.
